Inspiration
I took this picture after rocking out to Pink Floyd's The Wall. Definitely my favourite vinyl to listen to. If you haven't heard it, buy it. Or download it illegally; I don't think the band will mind. Actually no, don't download it. Go buy a record player and rock out like I did, okay?
Have you ever put a record player as loud as it can go?
I highly recommend it.
Technique
As you can see from the specs on the right, this picture had a really wide aperture and slow shutter speed.
I set them manually, and once I got the ratio right they kind of balanced themselves out. And I shot this in black and white.
I feel proud, simply because of how much effort I put into setting up this shot.

I agree, the Wall is my most played vinyl by Pink Floyd, even though I prefer others! Awesome shot too!
